During high-demand releases, product drops, or holidays, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping:
$5.95 per order

Free Shipping:
Orders $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Shipping rates and promotions may change during special sales or limited drops.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HSS Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
