At HSS Brands, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or washed products
• Items damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange if the item is still in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
